This gives time to confirm flower availability, colour direction, wrapping style, budget, and delivery requirements before preparation.
Custom requests may include specific colours, larger rose arrangements, reference-photo guidance, balloons, chocolates, drinks, banners, or other gift-ready extras depending on the request.

Service Standard

If a bouquet arrives damaged, incorrect, noticeably wilted, or materially different from the confirmed order, customers should contact us within 2 hours of delivery with order details and a clear photo.
Fresh flowers are time-sensitive, so quick reporting helps us assess delivery-condition issues fairly.
Where appropriate, Blush Forever may offer a replacement, equivalent alternative, partial refund, refund, or store voucher.
